1. Research your options of what hotels in Duluth you can stay at. Find at least 3 different hotels that can hold the amount of people you are having in your party.

2. Research your two travel options and find out how much it will cost for each one. Then choose which travel option you believe to be the best for your party. Remember that if you are having a parent be your transportation 1 parent will be considered as your guest and will take up the spot of 1 friend.

3. Research your two food choices and pick out the number of meals/snacks according to how many people you have at your party. Try to pick out meals/snacks that your friends would enjoy. Find the total amount you would be spending for each food choice and then choose the one that best suits your situation. Remember, if a parent is driving they are a guest and need to be counted too.
a. How much does it cost for food and drink for each option? Remember to consider how many people you are inviting to your party and include drinks as well as a meal/snack.
b. If you are eating at a restaurant calculate the tax according to the cost to eat at the restaurant? When buying food from the grocery store there will be no tax.
c. Calculate the tip according to the cost to eat at the restaurant? Buying food at the grocery store does not require you to calculate tip.
d. Find the total cost to eat at each restaurant including food, drink, tax, and tip.

f. What percent of your budget will your food option require?
4. Research your four activity choices and find the cost according to how many people you have in your party. Then choose which activities you would like to participate in.
a. How much does it cost to attend each activity for each person?
b. How much will it cost for each activity for the entire group?
c. What percentage of your budget would each of these activities require?
d. What two activities do you think would be the most fun and how much would it cost for your group to participate in both activities?
e. What percent of your budget would both of these activities require?
